Back to Africa

As the holidays come to an end it is now time for me to embark on my one-year adventure to serve as a missionary in Kenya. It is with much eagerness that I await my upcoming departure. I am ready for the challenge of working with the poorest of the poor at St. Camillus Mission Hospital in Karungu. I'm ready to serve the children who have been orphaned because of the AIDS epidemic. I don't think I'll ever be fully prepared for what I'm about to experience, although I pray that God will give me the strength and courage to guide me through it.
Thanks for visiting my blog. Keep checking for more updates!

Just wanted to know whether you are still in Karungu. I am from Sori in Karungu Kenya. My home is at the junction where the road from Migori joins the one from Homa Bay. My sister in law works at St. Camillus Hospital, her name is Pamela Akinyi Ondijo-Onguta. Please let me know how my daughter can join you there she is studying at the university in Canada. We are now Canadians living in Toronto Canada. I started my primary education at Sori primary school. Once again thank you for the good work you are doing to the people of my village.

Kind regards
